I had just walked out of the office, and into the shop, when I heard the news break. A couple of the guys, and I stood and listened, and were trying to figure out, how in the world something like that could happen. Then the second plane hit, and it was like, WTF is going on???...when the third and fourth planes were taken down, it just really became surreal. It went from being just another normal morning, to one where I knew nothing would ever be the same again.
I was in a meeting. A co-worker received a phone call on his cell phone from his wife. He told us that a plane hit one of the twin towers, but we all thought it was a small plane that lost it's course. Then he received another phone call about the second tower, that's when the meeting ended...and the rest is history. We can never forget about what they did...never. Thanks for sharing. I want to collect as many stories as I can.
