The Human Heart's Love
It is within the human heart
that you have an endless source of love
Bring all of the pain from your life
that you have experienced
to this very sacred center within you.
Let this pain sink into the love there,
even if it is big pain.
The heart simply swims through the pain.
For it is love that heals humanity.

You search for love outside you and yet,
it is here, right here, in the center of your heart.
Recognize this love within you.
Recognize this sacred heart thta you are.
Do not hide this light from those around you.
Let it shine, let your love shine through your eyes,
through your skin, and through your field 360 degrees
spherically around you from your center.

In your past history
you have set limits upon your love.
You have set qualifications upon your love.
You have set a prison around your love.
It is this history you must erase.
It is this mis-recognition of self that you must clarify
and learn clear vision of yourselves.
Do not be afraid and protect this love.
Let this love radiate out in all directions.
Take the chance, let your love flow.
It will fill all the deep tiny crevasses of pain.
It will disolve this pain and you will walk in joy
seeing and recognize this love in all others.
